Zak Sally is a musician, cartoonist, comics professor at the Minneapolis College of Art & Design, book publisher at La Mano 21, and offset printing press operator.
I walked around and took pictures of the space he uses for his warehouse/studio/printing area and saw him use his paper jogger:
